Senior Construction Paralegal - Perfect for relocation - Scotland based position
I’m working with a major organisation’s alternate/managed legal services arm to recruit an experienced Senior Paralegal for their Construction & Projects team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is a permanent role offering up to £36,000, supporting high-profile national infrastructure, energy and construction matters.
In this position, you’ll form a key part of their Centre of Excellence, providing advanced paralegal support to the Projects practice. Your work will include preparing, reviewing and negotiating construction documents (SBCC, JCT, NEC), handling due diligence, overseeing data room management, coordinating execution, and supporting day-to-day matter management across major UK developments. You’ll also take on a mentoring presence within the team—supporting junior paralegals and assisting with quality checks.
They’re seeking someone with solid construction paralegal experience and the confidence to work closely with lawyers, stakeholders and project teams in a fast-paced commercial environment.
