Hours: Full time - 8:30-3:30
As a Graduate SEN Teacher, you will work closely with experienced teachers and SEN professionals to deliver engaging, differentiated learning to pupils with a range of needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* ADHD
* Speech and Language Needs
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
You will help create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment where every pupil can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of tailored lessons and interventions
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
* Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and engagement
* Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
* Support behaviour management strategies positively and consistently
* Monitor and record pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* A degree in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or a related field
* A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and resilience
* An interest in pursuing a career in SEN education
