About the role
The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost‑effective management of the warehouse operations. It will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the daily warehouse operation and enable the required level of service to be provided to the customer at all times.

Sunday – Thursday
Responsibilities
You will ensure that the receiving, storing, picking and dispatch of goods are carried out in the correct manner to agreed productivity levels and within budgetary constraints while maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.
Qualifications
* Working knowledge of the warehouse function within the FMCG distribution industry.
* Understanding of the business and operational aspects of supervising a depot warehouse operation.
* Good communication skills and ability to manage and train colleagues.
* Computer proficiency – daily use of the MS Office suite for reporting and formal disciplinary processes.
* Knowledge of the transport function is an advantage.
