An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Secretary to join an established Accountants and Business Advisors at their office based in the southside of Glasgow.
Duties and responsibilities will include
•\tFirst point of contact for reception and telephone enquiries
•\tDealing with mail and email correspondence
•\tDiary Management
•\tDrafting letters, fees and emails using templates
•\tAll necessary administration tasks
Skill criteria
•\tProficient in MS Word, Excel and outlook – Microsoft Office 365
•\tAccuracy and attention to detail
•\tGood communication, customer service and client relationship-building
•\tTeamworking
•\tOrganisation and time management
Training will be offered to the successful candidate.
