As Head Chef, you’ll:
1. Lead, inspire, and grow a skilled brigade in a fast-paced kitchen
2. Drive creativity and quality across all menus
3. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional food and standards
4. Take full control of kitchen management, including GP targets, rotas, stock, and compliance
5. Work closely with senior management to shape the future of the business
