This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in AML, onboarding, compliance or regulatory administration within a regulated environment.The successful candidate will support the ongoing delivery of compliance, onboarding, quality assurance and risk management processes while working closely with internal stakeholders across the business.Key responsibilitiesManage client onboarding and matter opening processes in line with AML and regulatory requirements.Conduct KYC, CDD, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring activities.Review and process engagement documentation, ensuring records are accurate and compliant.Support fee earners and internal teams with onboarding, compliance and file management queries.Assist with compliance remediation activities, audits, file reviews and quality assurance checks.Escalate potential compliance or financial crime risks appropriately and maintain accurate records.Support file lifecycle management, including file opening, archiving, retention and closure procedures.Maintain compliance systems, workflows, registers and management information reports.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of compliance procedures.Assist with training, awareness activities and maintaining a strong compliance culture across the business.Candidate requirementsPrevious experience in compliance, AML, onboarding, risk, or quality assurance within a regulated environment.Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and client due diligence processes.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines effectively.Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.Good IT and systems experience, including workflow or case management systems.Experience within legal or professional services environments would be advantageous.Additional detailsCompetitive salary and benefits packageSupportive and collaborative working environmentCareer development and training opportunitiesExposure to a broad range of compliance and regulatory workState of the art office environmentTo apply, please submit your CV for confidential consideration.WHJS1_NI
