The Role
As a senior member of the team, you will:
* Handle a diverse caseload of commercial and residential property disputes.
* Advise clients on landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession claims, and restrictive covenants.
* Deliver clear, strategic legal advice tailored to clients' needs.
* Contribute to business development and help grow the firm's presence in property litigation.
* Support and mentor junior solicitors, fostering a culture of professional development.
Who We're Looking For:
* A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years' PQE in property litigation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on high-value cases.
* A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
* A passion for leadership and mentoring.
