In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our expanding marketing team.
The Head of Marketing will oversee the day-to-day activity of the Marketing function, covering all areas of marketing, including conventional, digital, creative design and marketing analysis. You will lead a high-performing marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns, enhance brand awareness and optimise customer engagement in line with the needs of all functions while managing a multi-million-pound.

The Role:
* Developing and executing a results-driven, cost-effective marketing strategy
* Collaborating with local sales teams to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads and enquiries
* Managing a multi-million-pound marketing budget, optimising spends to maximise ROI
* Leading internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
* Maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence across all touchpoints for Inspired Villages and individual village brands
* Leading brand refresh initiatives to reflect evolving market needs and business strategy
* Delivering high-quality marketing toolkits tailored to village-specific plans
* Overseeing the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns, driving lead generation, occupancy rates, and community engagement
* Aligning campaign strategies with operational and sales goals through close collaboration with internal stakeholders
* Partnering with the digital team to optimise SEO, paid media, social media, and email marketing
* Leveraging analytics and performance data to refine digital strategies and improve outcomes
* Leading a cross-functional team to specify, design and implement a new IVG website
* Guiding the Creative Design Team in producing authentic, high-impact content across all media
* Ensuring all creative work aligns with brand standards and resonates with target audiences
* Working with Commercial Director and other leaders to build marketing credibility for both current and prospective investors
* Coordinating with PR, Development, and Construction teams to support village launches and new phases
* Leading and mentoring the Marketing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in the Integrated Retirement Community (IRC) sector, property development, real estate, or lifestyle industries
* Demonstrated success in managing diverse marketing teams and delivering results
* Effectively managing complex marketing budgets and the appropriate balance between insourcing and outsourcing services and spend
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
* Proficiency in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign management tools
* Strong understanding of brand development, creative direction, and market positioning
* Chartered member of CIM or equivalent.
