Graduate Manufacturing Engineer – £30,000
The Role:
You’ll be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering team in a hands-on role designed to accelerate your development. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with real projects from day one, including:
* Supporting the development and implementation of lean manufacturing practices
* Investigating and resolving production issues with practical engineering solutions
* Working with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and operations
* Contributing to new product introduction (NPI) and process optimization
* Assisting with data analysis and reporting for performance improvements
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline
* Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach
* Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
* Familiarity with CAD, Six Sigma, or Lean principles is advantageous (not essential)
* A genuine passion for engineering and process innovation
