Offer description

Novatus Global is a Series B scale-up RegTech SaaS provider and boutique advisory firm, helping financial institutions manage their most complex regulatory requirements. We combine deep consulting expertise with cutting-edge SaaS solutions, enabling clients to strengthen compliance, enhance resilience, and drive sustainable growth.

Our flagship SaaS platform, En:ACT (short for Enable Accurate Compliance in Transaction reporting), is a market-leading solution for regulatory transaction reporting and reconciliation across global regimes.

En:ACT automates reporting, reconciles data across systems, and maps errors directly to regulatory rules, helping firms remediate quickly, reduce risk, and meet regulatory obligations with confidence. Already trusted by more than 30 firms worldwide, the platform is scalable, proven, and designed for both business and technical users.

Alongside our SaaS offering, our unique model delivers consulting services across Risk & Compliance (including Transaction Reporting and Operational Resilience), ESG, Strategy, Data, and Operations. Unlike larger consultancies, we embed ourselves within client teams to deliver both insight and execution, taking ownership of outcomes and driving measurable impact.

Since our launch in 2019, we have scaled rapidly, creating space for our people to grow with the business. Backed by North American private equity investment, and partnerships with the London Stock Exchange Group and Snowflake’s global data platform, we are shaping the future of regulatory compliance through innovation in both advisory and technology. Our growth plans do not stop here; we are on the lookout for top-tier talent to join us on our journey and enable our next phase of success.

The Role: Technical Delivery Manager

As Technical Delivery Manager, you will be the connective tissue between engineering and product. You will bring structure where it’s needed, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt as the business evolves.

You’ll bring your success in engineering and product change delivery combining your project management expertise with strong stakeholder management and communication skills to ensure the right things get delivered at the right time, and everyone stays aligned.

* Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the bridge between engineering and product teams, ensuring priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and communication flows smoothly.
* Process Improvement: Introduce lightweight, effective processes that improve delivery without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
* Stakeholder Management: Build trust with senior leadership, product managers, and engineers, providing regular updates, reports and clear communication on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
* Change Management: Navigate shifting priorities and evolving requirements with confidence, ensuring teams remain focused and motivated through change.
* Resource & Capacity Planning: Work with engineering leadership to balance workload, forecast resource needs, and highlight bottlenecks early.
* Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, surface issues early, and work with stakeholders to unblock delivery.
* Culture & Collaboration: Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Essential Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally in fast-paced scale-ups or start-ups.
* Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects involving multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate technical detail into clear business impact.
* Experience aligning product and engineering teams to drive clarity, focus, and delivery.
* Strong background in agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models), but pragmatic about process - you know when to flex.
* Comfortable in environments with ambiguity and change, able to bring structure without rigidity.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, but able to zoom out to the big picture.
* Adept at using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, Trello).
* A collaborative, people-first approach - you see yourself as an enabler of success, not a taskmaster.
* Familiarity with software engineering concepts and product development lifecycles.
* Previous experience in working in Financial Services or in SaaS business which supplies the financial services industry would be highly advantageous.

Benefits:

* Private Medical Insurance (AXA) – includes mental health, dental, vision, and private GP access

* Professional qualification sponsorship
* Fast career progression based on performance, not tenure
