Warehouse & FLT Operative – Afternoon Shift
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse & FLT Operative to join our team on a permanent afternoon shift. This role is primarily warehouse-based, with occasional use of FLT.
Shift: Afternoon Shift (hours can be confirmed)
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.50

Key Responsibilities:
* General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and dispatch
* Loading and unloading goods
* Stock control and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
* Assisting with goods in/out operations
* Operating FLT when required (not a primary duty)

Requirements:
* Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
* Previous warehouse experience
* Willingness to support all warehouse functions
* Good attention to detail and reliability
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently

This role would suit someone who is happy working mainly in a hands-on warehouse role, with occasional FLT duties as needed.
