A well-established multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join its Barnet office. Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 DOE
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Overview

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Requirements

• MRICS qualified or working towards Chartership
• Consultancy background within Building Surveying
• Strong project management experience
• Comfortable managing projects independently
• Experience across public sector projects would be advantageous
• Previous mentoring experience beneficial
• Stable career history
• Full UK driving licence
