The role
As Showroom Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the sales operation. You'll work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving enquiry management, ensuring all leads are followed up and converted effectively
* Supporting, coaching and motivating the sales team to achieve strong results in both performance and profitability
* Managing the sales environment to deliver outstanding customer service and compliance with FCA regulations and industry standards
* Leading daily sales meetings to maintain focus and momentum across the team
* Overseeing showroom standards, digital presence and used vehicle appraisals
* Managing renewals processes and ensuring finance & insurance products are presented appropriately
* Deputising for senior management when required
To be successful in this role you will have/be;
* A solid background in automotive sales.
