About the RoleAs our Theatre Manager, you will take full accountability for clinical effectiveness, operational performance and workforce leadership across Theatre, Endoscopy and HSSU. You'll be a visible, confident and inspiring leader who sets the tone for excellence, builds a strong safety culture and ensures every patient receives high‐quality, evidence‐based perioperative care.You will collaborate with the senior leadership team by supporting strategic planning and driving continuous improvement across your service.
