Responsibilities of an Analytics Lead: Directly manage the support team made up of PowerBI, Reporting and Insights analysts To be hands-on with creating, modifying and checking SQL, SSIS, PowerBI, SSRS, ArcGis and other reporting systems To be the owner of the underlying SQL reporting infrastructure & ensure that business continuity is maintained by using team & own experience to overcome problems & issues that may arise To manage the flow of requests into the report desk system & ensure timely & accurate delivery to end users Ensure data requests are effectively prioritised and are actioned within the agreed SLA. Continuous improvement, development and streamlining of reporting processes. Providing system administration support to end users. To create & amend subsystems on K2 Provide support and training to less experienced colleagues.
