Content Executive – Woking, Surrey £25,000 - £34,000 DOE plus benefits Our client is going through an exciting period of growth, and they are looking for a Content Executive to report into the Head of Content and support across key accounts. This varies from marketing and sales collateral to thought leadership editorials, feature contributions and press releases. This is a permanent opportunity working on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with senior executives, CEOs, and business owners to support growing their profile. In some instances, this will involve working closely with high profile entrepreneurs to ensure thought leadership accurately reflects their tone of voice. A crucial aspect is to play an active role in the agency’s approach to content creation, helping to ensure the team is well set up to consistently deliver high quality content. You will play a leading role in brainstorming thought leadership ideas, working with the account teams to create opportunities for clients. This will also involve working alongside a variety of other content creators, ensuring that all outputs meet the high standards of the agency. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of content in client campaigns, working with the other members of the team to create compelling content themes Take an active role in the creation of content, both writing yourself and proofing content from other team members Driving new content ideas to demonstrate proactivity to their client base Assist the team with staying on top of the news agenda and aware of industry trends Editing, proofreading and overseeing content produced across the agency. Experience You must have experience writing business and technology content and show good knowledge of writing for business audiences, alongside demonstrating an understanding of approaching content for clients’ wider marketing campaigns. A background in agency, in-house content roles, or journalism is required.
