* Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance within a social housing environment
* Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications. City & Guilds Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391 Test & Inspection
* Knowledge of current electrical safety standards and regulations
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
