About the role: This is a varied trainee role, where you’ll learn to operate a range of print machinery used to produce world-class retail display products. Full training will be provided, with pay progression as you become competent across different machines. Duties can include: * Training to set up and run a variety of print machines to company and customer standards * Following operating procedures to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency * Supporting with light assembly and packaging of finished POS products when required * Ensuring work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised * Assisting with quality checks and reporting any faults or issues * Working as part of a team to meet production schedules and customer deadlines Pay & Benefits: * Pay: £13.00 per hour starting rate, rising to £15.60 per hour once fully trained on 3 machines * Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 12:30pm Friday * Holidays: 27 days annual leave statutory bank holidays * Other: Ongoing training, long-term career development, pension scheme About You: We’re looking for enthusiastic, practical individuals with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
