Job Title Member Host
Reporting to Community Manager
Purpose Take ownership of the front-of-house experience, ensuring all members, clients, and visitors receive a warm and professional “Wizu Welcome” and impeccable service. Perform administrative tasks to guarantee that clients and members receive the products and services they expect, maintaining a high standard of delivery and satisfaction.
Salary £25,400 per annum
Working Hours Full time, 08:30-17:30, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week
Location Centre based – One Embankment, Leeds, LS1 4DW
Your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Operations
* Support the team in delivering operational excellence within the centre.
* Assist with the daily opening and closing of the centre.
* Provide a warm and professional “Wizu Welcome” to all clients, members, and visitors.
* Ensure all visitors sign in and out of the centre.
* Replenish communal kitchen facilities and maintain stock throughout the centre.
* Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently.
* Manage keys and fobs, including setup, replacements, and charges.
* Perform reception duties and assist with diary management.
* Conduct proactive daily spot checks and floor walks to maintain centre standards and ensure compliance.
* Manage post, parcels, couriers, and deliveries.
* Support monthly excellence audits and complete follow-up tasks as needed.
* Adhere to Wizu policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring all relevant checklists and documents are accurate and up to date.
Clients & Members
* Maintain accurate and current membership records.
* Serve as the first point of contact for client/member queries and issues.
* Deliver consistent, excellent service to clients and members and capture feedback.
* Update and promote the Wizu member portal.
* Assist with planning member events to help build the Wizu community and connect members.
* Ensure all meeting room bookings and events are of the highest standard.
* Onboard new co-working members in the absence of the Community Associate.
Team
* Support the training and onboarding of new team members when needed.
* Be prepared to take on the responsibilities of the Community Associate in their absence.
Your Building
* Assist with completing daily, weekly, and monthly audits as required.
* Assist in overseeing basic centre maintenance and compliance, including health and safety checks, fire regulations, and audits.
* Help to prepare and manage third-party contractor work lists.
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers on-site when required.
* Address building requests submitted through the portal or directly as needed.
* Gain a comprehensive understanding of building specifics, including layout and compliance details.
* Submit relevant facilities requests to the Site Services team.
Sales and Finance
* Ensure the centre is always “show ready,” with at least four vacant offices ready to present where possible.
* Conduct sales tours and co-working taster days in the absence of the Community Associate or Community Manager.
* Provide prompt feedback to the sales team directly and via the CRM after all sales tours.
* Handle the administrative aspects of virtual office sign-ups for your centre.
* Add one-off charges to client/member accounts (e.g., replacement fobs/keys, postage, printing, parking).
* Assist with managing due diligence for all move-ins and move-outs.
* Keep all systems updated accurately and efficiently.
