We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher for an Outstanding 3-form entry school in Redbridge, starting after the February half term 2025. This is a full-time position. Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of Year 3 students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages engagement and personal growth. Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring progress for every student. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistent, high-quality teaching. Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them updated on their child’s progress. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide activities as required. Year 3 Teacher Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in KS2, particularly Year 3, and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum. Passion for high-quality teaching and a commitment to academic excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
