A global technology leader is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within its Data Centre vertical across the UK and Ireland.
Regular travel to customer sites (minimum two days per week) across the UK and occasional visits to Ireland are required.

Execute go-to-market strategies across smart infrastructure business units
Lead vertical sales initiatives and customer development programs
Influence product development and tailor customer-centric solutions
Manage vertical sales budgets and forecast growth
Customer & Market Excellence
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts
Drive customer business development and long-term engagement
Ensure market transparency and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with Centres of Competence and regional teams
Business Development
Lead sales enablement and training activities
Support product and service positioning strategies
Drive pipeline growth and vertical efficiency
Equip sales teams with portfolio-specific technical expertise

Proven B2B sales or business development experience in the Data Centre sector
Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills
Excellent stakeholder management with a customer-first mindset
Experience working within matrixed organizations

Analytical mindset and problem-solving strength
Collaborative approach and passion for customer success
