* Providing excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone.
* Managing a high volume of customers efficiently and professionally.
* Offering compassionate, empathetic support to all patients.
* Multitasking confidently in a fast-paced environment.
* Supporting the pharmacy team with daily operational tasks.
* Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organised front-of-house area
Previous experience as a pharmacy counter assistant is a bonus, but not essential. A strong, professional, and bubbly personality is essential, Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused.
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Compassionate with a customer-first mindset.
* Multilingual skills are an advantage.
* Previous pharmacy or retail experience is helpful but not essential.
