Cash & Reconciliations Admin
We are looking for a Cash & Reconciliations Administrator to join our busy Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised and keen to develop a career within finance.

As part of the Cash & Reconciliations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the accurate posting of payments and receipts and helping to ensure all bank accounts are reconciled daily. Your work will contribute to maintaining up-to-date ledgers, supporting the wider business in managing cash flow, and helping the team to deliver timely financial information to management.
What you'll be doing:
• Accurately posting and allocating customer payments and supplier receipts.
• Supporting the daily reconciliation of group bank accounts.
• Assisting with the maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers.
• Helping resolve payment queries promptly by liaising with internal teams, funders and suppliers.
• Preparing and updating daily and weekly reports on cash balances and unallocated cash.
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
About You
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and can build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
• Confident using IT systems, especially Excel.
• Can prioritise tasks effectively in a busy team environment.
• Brings a positive, proactive and flexible approach to work.
It would be great if you also have:
• Experience working in a finance or administrative role.
• Knowledge of cash allocation, reconciliations or ledger processes.
• Experience in vehicle leasing or financial services (not essential).
