We’re working with a range of welcoming primary schools across East Bristol who are looking for graduates to join them as Teaching Assistants. You’ll be supported from day one and given the chance to build confidence quickly.
What the role looks like day-to-day
You’ll be right in the heart of the classroom, supporting both the teacher and the pupils.
* Working alongside the class teacher to support learning
* Helping pupils stay engaged, focused, and confident
* Supporting small groups who need a bit of extra help
* Providing 1:1 support where needed
* Helping manage behaviour in a calm and positive way
* Creating a classroom environment where every child feels included

* A graduate in any subject
* A genuine interest in working with children
