Job Description
A leading Credit Manager is seeking a Vice President (VP) to join its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave. The role will be based in London and offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering the firm’s long-term ESG strategy.
As regional point of contact and working closely with senior management, investment teams, and internal ESG governance groups, the VP will help advance the firm’s ESG framework across a defined set of investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with European investment teams across Liquid and Private Credit to support ESG integration
2. Act as the ESG point of contact for investment teams in Europe and Asia
3. Support ESG-related investment due diligence, including data collection, aggregation, and analysis to inform investment decision-making
4. Prepare ESG materials and insights for discussion with senior leadership
5. Manage relationships with ESG vendors and external consultants to progress internal initiatives
6. Develop and deliver best-in-class ESG reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
7. Support Business Development and Investor Relations with ESG-related communications for investors and prospective clients
