Overview

Contract: FTC until 22 July 2026. Working Pattern: Term time only (38 weeks). Hours: 20 hours TA and 4 hours MDMS per week, 8:45am–3:15pm, 4 days a week (days to be confirmed). Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £13,512 per annum. Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.


Responsibilities

* Support classroom activities safely and contribute to a positive learning environment.
* Assist with the running of midday meals.
* Support the smooth operation of daily school activities as part of the support team.


Candidate profile / Qualifications

* Experience of establishing positive relationships with students and empathising with their needs (desirable).
* Knowledge of SEN (desirable).
* Maths and English GCSE Grade A–C or equivalent.
* Confident in supervising children during activities indoors and outdoors.
* Patient, calm and relaxed with an enthusiastic approach to learning.
