We are currently recruiting a Receptionist to join our busy Peterborough service. We seek a warm, friendly person to be the first point of contact, greeting visitors promptly and courteously.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the substance misuse field and eager to work with a charity committed to personal and professional development.

Full Time Hours: 37.5
Salary Range: £25,077.00 (dependent on experience, based on full-time hours, pro-rata for part-time)
Contract Type: Fixed term for 9 months from start date
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro-rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
* Ensure service users and visitors receive friendly and efficient service, dealing with all visits promptly and courteously.
* Maintain the reception area, keeping it welcoming and tidy.
* Keep client information displayed in the reception current and relevant.
* Encourage feedback from service users and promote the use of the suggestion box.
* Provide basic advice and information about the service.
* Manage appointments, liaising with keyworkers and booking future appointments via the system.
* Take messages for staff and update case management contacts as needed.
* Input referral information into our Criis system.
* Support team in managing/booking appointments via electronic diary systems.
* Maintain accurate records of all contacts on case management systems.
About you
* Knowledge of general office procedures.
* IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and data entry.
* Good interpersonal skills and flexibility to work as part of a team.
* Ability to respond to requests for assistance while maintaining confidentiality.
* Solid numeric skills.
* Good organizational skills.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
* Flexibility to respond to the demands of the role.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
