Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in change management and organisational transformation Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams Excellent analytical skills to assess business needs and outcomes Proficient in change management methodologies and frameworks Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and a diverse range of stakeholders Relevant degree or professional qualification in a related field Experience in the public sector, ideally within a policing or governmental environment Responsibilities: Lead the organisation change management strategy and execution across enterprise-wide initiatives Ensure strategic, operational, and cultural transformations are implemented effectively and sustainably Maximise Police Officer and staff adoption while minimising resistance to change Drive measurable business outcomes through change initiatives Establish and manage business change infrastructure, including change champions and business readiness checklists Ensure compliance with the Change Management Framework and maintain quality of deliverables Develop change competency across the organisation and integrate change competencies into programmes Interface with Police Scotlands Senior Leadership Team to design and establish local/divisional change implementation teams Accountable for business analysis and change to support Police Scotlands Organisational Strategy and Vision Technologies: Support Network Security Embedded More: As part of Police Scotland, we offer an opportunity to make a real difference while supporting officers and staff across the second largest police force in the UK.
