??This is an opportunity to join a Managing Agent with a strong reputation, established systems, and a wealth of industry knowledge. Due to internal promotion, theyre seeking a confident Block Manager to oversee a local portfolio of leasehold blocks in Hampshire.

Responsibilities you'll take lead on will include:
* Preparing and managing service charge budgets
* Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor management
* Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance
* Attending AGMs and residents meetings
* Liaising with Leaseholders, Freeholders, RMC Directors and contractors
* Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and lease terms
* Working closely with internal departments to deliver a high standard of service
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in residential block/estate management
* Ideally ATPI status, but just a willingness to work towards this will be considered
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
* Confidence in setting budgets, chairing AGMs and managing Section 20 processes
