We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Workplace Experience Manager to join our team and drive excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the delivery of all Sodexo FM services across the site.
* Ensure all assets (sites, buildings, and equipment) are safe, legally compliant, and fit for business.
* Act as Duty Holder for buildings under Sodexo control, ensuring adherence to SHE and engineering compliance standards.
* Proactively monitor service performance and implement improvement plans.
* Lead the site-based Sodexo team, driving performance through effective leadership, motivation, and development.
* Support emergency management and business continuity planning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ensure consistent achievement of contractual KPIs and compliance with all audit standards.
* Drive financial performance and identify opportunities for service innovation and business growth.
What We're Looking For
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large budgets and diverse teams.
* In-depth knowledge of the FM industry.
* Recognised Health & Safety qualification.
* Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
* Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., BIFM, RICS desirable not essential).
