Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in a customer experience, customer success, technical account management or service delivery role.
2. Professional, customer centric and presented in a great manner for both customers and team
3. Assertive and confident behaviour with a robust character and resilience to achieve positive outcomes.
4. Experience managing complex customer journeys involving hardware installation, commissioning and technical fieldwork.
5. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage customer expectations.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer-friendly language.
7. Proven experience in a customer experience/account manager role and the ability to be ambitious to make great customer contacts and be a key part of owning the management of customer experience.
8. Strong background in engineering, technical operations and clean-tech/energy systems.
