Become a Talent Development Advisor As our Support Centre Talent Development Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues across our Support Centre (Head Office) functions. You’ll use your skills to identify behavioural and technical training needs, then help design and deliver impactful learning solutions that align with our business strategy, shared values, and behaviours. You’ll foster a learning culture, empowering Support Centre colleagues to grow, thrive, and succeed. You’ll deliver training through workshops, webinars, online resources, and e-learning, and occasionally support the Talent Development Partner with offsite Retail training. Your Mission Supporting Managers and Teams in the Support Centre to excel in their roles, develop capabilities, and foster a true performance culture in line with our behaviours. Identifying learning and development needs across Support Centre functions, ensuring training is aligned with business goals and stakeholder feedback. Assisting in the design and delivery of tailored training content in the most appropriate format for the audience and business need, including workshops, webinars, and digital resources. Ensuring a warm welcome to new Support Centre colleagues by supporting structured inductions for all new starters, leaders, and promoted colleagues. Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to co-create relevant, effective training solutions on specific skills, knowledge, and behaviours. Partnering with the Talent Development Partner to support offsite Retail training when required, including travel to stores and training locations. Acting on feedback to improve training, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful. Staying ahead of industry trends, introducing best practices in learning and development. Adaptability to change, supporting your colleagues through periods of transition. Strong organisational skills, ensuring training initiatives run smoothly and meet business needs.
