This role sits close to the customer, helping them embed the platform into how their legal function actually operates.</p><p>It’s part implementation, part problem solving, and part advisory. You’ll combine legal understanding with product knowledge to help customers get meaningful value from the platform.</p><h3><b>What you’ll do</b></h3><p><b>Customer Implementation</b></p><ul><li>Lead implementation projects for new customers</li><li>Design workflows and automation tailored to each organization</li><li>Configure the platform to support real legal use cases</li></ul><p><b>Solution Design</b></p><ul><li>Work directly with legal teams and Legal Ops leaders to understand how they operate</li><li>Translate legal processes into structured workflows and AI-enabled automation</li><li>Advise on best practices for implementing legal technology</li></ul><p><b>Customer Success & Expansion</b></p><ul><li>Support onboarding and early adoption</li><li>Help customers expand into additional workflows and use cases</li><li>Partner with Account Management to identify growth opportunities</li></ul><p><b>Product Feedback</b></p><ul><li>Surface patterns, insights, and recurring requests to Product and Engineering</li><li>Help shape how the product evolves based on real usage</li></ul><h3><b>What we’re looking for</b></h3><ul><li>Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or process transformation</li><li>Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams work</li><li>Ability to manage customer projects and guide stakeholders through change</li><li>Comfortable working across legal and technical domains</li><li>Structured thinker — you can turn messy processes into clear systems</li><li>Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers</li></ul><p>Typical backgrounds include:</p><ul><li>Legal Engineers</li><li>Legal Operations professionals</li><li>Lawyers who have moved into legal tech</li><li>Implementation or solutions consultants in SaaS with a legal background</li></ul><h3><b>How we work</b></h3><p>We’re an in-office team in Edinburgh. We work together because it helps us collaborate closely across product, engineering, and customer teams. You should expect to be in the office as your default.</p><p>This is a high ownership role. You’ll be trusted to run projects, work directly with customers, and drive outcomes without heavy oversight.</p><p>The problems are often not fully defined.
