The Governors of Brackla Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and conscientious Learning Support Officer to work in a highly motivated, friendly teaching team.
The successful candidate will provide essential support in the primary phase. They should also:
- Have experience of working with pupils across the primary phase;
- Be dedicated to their own professional development and school improvement;
- Be able to work in close partnership with teaching and support staff;
- Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative;
- Be prepared to undertake 30 minutes lunch duty per day.;
You will be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have good experience of working with children in a school environment.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
