New Directions Education is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher for a small, Outstanding-rated primary school in Warrington. This is a long-term opportunity within a nurturing school that values creativity, curiosity, and high-quality teaching.

The Role:
6. Full responsibility for a Year 3 class, including planning, teaching, and assessment
7. Deliver engaging, inquiry-led lessons across the curriculum
8. Use outdoor learning to enhance pupil engagement and understanding
9. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
10. Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate:
11. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
12. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
13. Enthusiastic about inquiry-based and outdoor learning approaches
14. Strong classroom management and communication skills
15. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and Update Service
16. Able to provide at least 6 months of employment references demonstrating teamwork
17. Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
