About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and experienced HR/ER Advisor to join our team, based in our Head Office in Cirencester, supporting a high volume of employee relations (ER) cases across the UK. Potential travel to different locations around the country may be required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high caseload of ER issues including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance concerns.
* Act as the first point of contact for ER queries for assigned regions from Area Managers and employees across the UK.
* Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ER cases using our case management system.
* Provide expert advice in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice.
* Support organisational change initiatives such as restructures and TUPE.
* Coach and upskill managers to handle ER matters confidently and effectively.
* Collaborate with the wider HR team and contribute to HR projects and strategy.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a high-volume ER advisory role, ideally across multiple locations.
* Comfortable working independently with remote support.
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Experience using HR case management systems is a plus.
