The Role
* Handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters, including disputes relating to landlord and tenant issues, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light.
* Operate with a high level of responsibility and autonomy within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
* Advise a diverse client base across a range of sectors and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions to complex property disputes.
The Candidate
* Property Litigation Solicitor with approximately 4 to 5 years’ PQE and strong experience in commercial property disputes.
* Experience handling a wide range of matters including landlord and tenant disputes and other property-related litigation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach. Confident in managing own caseload and contributing to the wider team.
