This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the academy’s pastoral and leadership operations. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, contributing to student welfare and the overall efficiency of the school’s support systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated administrative support to the SLT and Student Support Team Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars for key staff Maintain accurate records relating to student behaviour, safeguarding, and pastoral care Communicate professionally with students, parents, staff, and external agencies Assist with the organisation of school events and pastoral interventions Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance in all duties The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous administrative experience, ideally within an educational setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school data systems (e.g., SIMS or similar) A discreet, reliable, and flexible approach to supporting senior leaders and pastoral teams Please note: Our client does not offer sponsorship.
