Package: The stated salary includes the predicted service charge. This is an hourly rate on a 45-hour contract.

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who:
1. Is warm, friendly, and a natural with guests
2. Is team-focused, supporting and guiding our team to deliver the best possible service
3. Has at least one year in a management capacity within a restaurant
4. Is experienced in a busy, standards-led environment, ideally branded
5. Is committed to a career in hospitality
6. Has bags of energy and enthusiasm
7. Has an interest in other areas such as marketing, training & recruitment
