We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Community Staff Nurse to work within the Lower Annandale Community Nursing Team, delivering quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hours per day.
The position is part-time, 30 hours per week, on a fixed‑term contract until 14 September 2026.
You will work within an ever‑changing environment alongside colleagues in the multidisciplinary Home Team, including Allied Health Professionals, Social Services, and Public Health Improvement. The Home Team is integral to our Health and Social Care Partnership.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver nursing care to housebound patients 24 hours per day.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to manage patient care.
* Attend clinic and home visits, including in remote and rural areas.
* Respond to changing needs and priorities within the community setting.
Qualifications and requirements
* A current driving licence is essential; alternative transport arrangements will be considered if you have a disability that precludes a licence.
* Experience working within a community setting is preferred but not essential.
