Role Duties and Responsibilities
* Achieve personal sales goals for new business in each year;
* Recognize and provide recommendations on StayinFront's involvement with trade organizations and trade show events and represent StayinFront at such events;
* Diligently and aggressively sell all products and services available for sale by Employer, including, without limitation, software, data services, digital analytics, programming and software customization services and other related services and such other sales functions as Employer may, from time to time, designate;
* Coordinate global opportunities with key sales and management team in other StayinFront offices;
* Coordinate marketing initiatives and content with marketing manager and manage analyst inquiries and presentations;
* Manage and coordinate consistent product demos and liaise as required with R&D and operations so they remain updated and relevant;
* Provide input into product and service design, and into product pricing and marketing strategy and update R & D team with recommended product enhancements to meet market needs;
* Gather and share competitive information with the global sales and marketing team;
* Develop and share sales strategy, particularly as it relates to image recognition products and services;
* Work with the Chief Growth Officer to increase the skill levels of the sales and marketing team;
* Keep and maintain (or causing to be kept and maintained) appropriate records, including tracking sales in the Internal Sales System (*ISS*), relating to all sales and business services rendered by Employee under this Agreement;
* Preparation and attendance to, in connection with Employee's services hereunder, all sales and business records, leads, reports, customer correspondence required by Employer (or subject to Employer's instructions necessary or appropriate in the circumstances, all of which sales and business records, leads, customer correspondence and records and reports shall at all times belong to Employer;
* Control of selling expenses and management revenue of resources within Employee's responsibility including, without limitation, any sales executives reporting to Employee;
* Communication with senior executive management of Employer relating to all aspects of Employees duties and responsibilities hereunder, including, without limitation, new ideas, opportunities, sales demos, PowerPoint presentations, problems, delays, etc.
Performance of such other duties as Employer may, from time to time, reasonably direct, including, but not limited to, performance of such duties for Employer and its affiliates and responsibilities commensurate with an executive in. all aspects of the Customer Relationship Management (*CRM"), sales force automation, call reporting, custom software development and enhancement and database management businesses. Employee shall report regularly to Employer's senior management as well as reporting on a need to know basis to Employer's Chief Executive Officer. Employee shall support the general management goals and objectives of Employer.
