A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Room Leader to join a our client’s nursery that is committed to providing exceptional care and early years education.
The nursery has earned a Good Ofsted rating and offers a bright, welcoming environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and develop confidence through play. This role is ideal for a passionate early years professional who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, supporting children's development, and leading a team to deliver outstanding practice.
Who We're Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to support, motivate, and mentor colleagues
* Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and implement engaging learning experiences
* Support children's learning, development, and school readiness
* Mentor and support colleagues within the room
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
* Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records
* Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and nursery standards are consistently maintained
