NJR is currently collaborating with a well-established and successful firm of Financial Planners and Mortgage Brokers. Due to organic growth, they are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their busy and expanding organisation. The successful candidate will support clients by managing administrative tasks related to mortgage and protection applications at all stages of the process. This includes liaising with all involved parties, particularly within the mortgage chain, to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and submitting mortgage and protection applications.
2. Managing documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other relevant parties in the mortgage chain to provide updates and resolve queries.
4. Tracking applications and following up to ensure timely progression.
5. Maintaining accurate records and managing client files.
6. Providing administrative support to the advisory team as required.
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in mortgage and protection administration or a similar role (preferred).
2. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and professional manner.
4. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Familiarity with mortgage and protection products and the application process.
6. Competency in using relevant software and systems for document management and communication.
