Job Title: Maths Teacher Location: Sheffield (S35) Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time Bring mathematics to life by guiding students in developing confidence and analytical thinking. GSL Education are currently seeking a skilled Maths Teacher to join schools across Sheffield (S35), delivering lessons that build students’ confidence and understanding in numeracy, algebra, geometry, and data handling. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will plan and deliver structured lessons, support pupils in developing analytical and reasoning skills, and foster a positive attitude toward mathematics. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality maths lessons across the curriculum. Support pupils in developing problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills as a Maths Teacher. Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach confidently. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
