As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team and play a pivotal role in securing major projects across the UK and Scotland.
Your new role
As a Senior Estimator, you’ll be at the heart of our pre‑construction function, responsible for developingpetitive, accurate, andpelling tenders. You’ll work closely with operational,mercial, and design teams to assess project requirements, identify risks and opportunities, and produce high-quality cost estimates that reflect thepany's technical excellence and industry-leading standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for multi-disciplinary infrastructure and construction projects
2. Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to determine project scope and requirements
3. Develop pricing strategies and contribute to bid‑winning methodologies
4. Engage with supply chain partners to obtainpetitive quotations and assess value engineering opportunities
5. Work collaboratively with project, engineering, andmercial teams to ensure robust and accurate submissions
6. Present estimates and tender proposals to senior leadership
7. Support continuous improvement in estimating processes, tools, and data management
What you'll need to succeed
