Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
Often, you will manage a full store operation during your shift, taking responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
Ensuring high standards are maintained overnight so the store is ready to serve customers in the morning.
People management is a key aspect, including managing performance, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.

Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment is required.
Resilience to handle the mental and physical demands of night work.
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and coach others to do the same.
Experience in monitoring KPIs or similar performance indicators.
Capability to manage employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.
Ability to lead operations independently in the absence of senior management.
Strong commitment to inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
Experience leading teams in customer-facing, high-volume environments, motivating staff, and maintaining smooth operations.
Operational leadership skills, including responsibility for store operations during absences of senior staff.
Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as sales, availability, customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement.
Experience managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence.
Desirable: experience working night shifts in high-volume, operational settings, with an emphasis on creating a safe, supportive environment.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary. Night shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00.
