They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take the lead in their warehouse operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running, efficient processes, and exceptional service standards. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys a hands-on role and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, ensuring accuracy across all inbound and outbound movements, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations and team members Managing all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently Checking and recording weights, dimensions, and product details for all cargo Picking, checking, labelling, and preparing customer orders with 100% accuracy Building, wrapping, and labelling pallets as required Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining precise records Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety and ISO standards Working efficiently within a compact warehouse space, particularly during peak periods when inbound volumes increase Continuously improving space utilisation and stock management About You To be successful in this role, youll need to bring: Essential: Current and valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence Proven experience supervising warehouse operations or teams Strong organisational and leadership skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail Desirable: Full UK Driving Licence (occasional local deliveries may be required) Experience handling Dangerous Goods by any transport mode Knowledge of warehouse management systems and stock control processes Whats in It for You?
