The Role
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to appoint a Private Family Solicitor (2PQE+) to join their fantastic Family team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Legal 500 recommended Partner, with access to HNW family matters.
You will advise on a range of matters including:
* Family Law
* Divorce and Separation (HNW)
* Child Arrangements
* Children Disputes
* Cohabitation Agreements
* Collaborative Law
* Financial Provision for Children
* Financial Arrangements
* Injunctions and Occupation Orders
* Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
* Relocation of Children
* Separation Agreements
* Special Guardianship Orders
* Unmarried Couples
* Cases with a Foreign Element
You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, with access to excellent mentoring and genuine opportunities for progression.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales (2PQE+)
* Experience running your own files, including financial management.
* A client-focused, personable approach with excellent empathy/communication skills.
