As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for :
📌Managing/ mentoring junior sales members
📌Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
📌Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
📌Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
📌Networking across various platforms
The ideal candidate :
📌Must have graphic design industry experience
📌Proven experience in business development or sales management,
📌Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
📌Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Benefits :
📌Monthly commission, with an achievable £10,000 to be earned on top of generous basic salary.
📌On sight parking
📌Career progression
Working Hours : 8:30am – 5:30pm
This role is fully office based with parking on sight.
