Summary:
Our client is looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is a full time, office based role in Inverness and duties include:
* Providing comprehensive accounts administration support to the team including matching goods received notes on the system.
* Input and register invoices for payment.
* Filing of paperwork.
* Updating and maintaining accurate finance records.
* Daily use of MS office and financial software systems.
* Carrying out reconciliations.
* General administrative duties in support of the team.
Person specification:
* Strong administrative skills.
* Previous experience in a similar accounts administration role preferred.
* Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills including MS Office.
* Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a busy workload.
